CANID is a melodic noise rock band from Pennsylvania. After years in other bands, the four members of Canid coalesced over guitar experimentation at first but quickly shifted toward a tumultuous live sound that looked to influences from years past - 90s DIY punk, 00s indie/alternative, and grunge. Canid records everything live to tape. Our first demo is the product of rigorous practice and our shared DIY ethos: between us, we’re all promoters, writers, painters, artists, website designers, recording engineers and merch-makers.
